How to return a product to us
Your satisfaction is guaranteed! If you are unsatisfied with your purchase, it may be returned for any reason within 30 days of purchase for a REFUND or an EXCHANGE. Sorry, shipping costs are not refundable.Please note exceptions to the Return Policy:
Understandably, we cannot accept returns of items that are worn, altered, laundered, embroidered, screen printed, or damaged by the purchaser. Items should be in original condition and packaging with all tags and labels as shipped. Footwear must be clean and in original condition. Please try on your shoes on a clean, dry surface to avoid discoloration to the white soles.
To assure proper credit, all returns are subject to inspection upon receipt.

2) Mail it with a copy of your packing slip to the same above address along with the return shipping information sheet provided. Ship via insured mail or carrier. Return shipping cost and original shipping and handling are not refundable unless the item is manufacturer defective when shipped. If you would like to make an exchange, please refer to the sizing charts to assure proper fit and note "EXCHANGE" on the return form.
In case we have questions, please print your name, daytime phone number, and your e-mail address. Be sure to note what action you would like us to take in with your items being returned for processing.
Be sure to include all original packaging materials, manuals, and accessories with the product to avoid any additional fees. We recommend you return items via UPS or insured parcel post and obtain a proof of delivery. We also recommend that you reuse the original shipping carton and packaging materials. Do NOT use the product box as a shipping container.
Although you are responsible for all freight charges for product(s) shipped back to our company, we will pay for the shipping cost of exchanges sent back to you as the result of a style, color, or size exchange initiated by you. You will also be credited for the shipping costs of any products returned as new (have not been worn or laundered) which have been reviewed and verified by Lambert's Health Care & Uniforms as damaged or defective.

However, please also note that when you make a purchase, we will send you an email to confirm your order and may also need to contact you via phone, postal mail or email if we have other questions regarding your order.
